At Dongyu USI, we are committed to operating with integrity, transparency, and professionalism in every aspect of our business. Our Code of Conduct reflects the standards we uphold as a trusted partner in the nutritional ingredient supply chain and guides how we work with customers, suppliers, and one another.

 

1. Integrity in Every Interaction

We conduct business honestly and ethically. Our decisions and actions reflect our commitment to fairness, accuracy, and accountability. We do not tolerate fraud, misrepresentation, or any behavior that compromises trust.

 

2. Commitment to Quality & Compliance

We adhere to all applicable regulations, industry standards, and internal quality protocols. Our NSF‑certified facility demonstrates our dedication to safe, compliant operations. We expect the same level of responsibility from our suppliers and partners.

 

3. Respectful & Professional Conduct

We foster a workplace built on respect, collaboration, and open communication. Every team member is expected to treat colleagues, customers, and partners with professionalism, courtesy, and fairness.

 

4. Responsible Sourcing & Supplier Partnerships

We work only with reputable manufacturers who meet our standards for quality, documentation, and ethical business practices. We evaluate suppliers not just on performance, but also on their commitment to responsible production and regulatory compliance.

 

5. Protection of Confidential Information

We safeguard sensitive information shared by our customers, suppliers, and employees. Confidential data is handled responsibly and used only for legitimate business purposes.

 

6. Health, Safety & Environmental Responsibility

We maintain a safe, clean, and environmentally responsible workplace. This includes:

 

  • Operating electric forklifts to reduce emissions. 

  • Minimizing waste and promoting recycling.

  • Following proper handling and storage procedures for all materials.

  • Safety and sustainability are shared responsibilities across our organization.

7. Avoidance of Conflicts of Interest

Employees must avoid situations where personal interests could interfere with professional responsibilities. Any potential conflicts must be disclosed promptly and managed transparently.

 

8. Zero Tolerance for Discrimination or Harassment
